# Pricing and Access - Synapse by BrainEngine

Last updated: 2026-05-13

Synapse is currently in private beta with pilot-based access. Public self-serve pricing is not available yet. Access is scoped through a pilot request so BrainEngine can match the workspace, governance model, integrations, and success criteria to a real Salesforce delivery workflow.

## Private Beta

- Availability: Limited private beta
- Pricing: Not publicly listed
- Best for: Salesforce delivery teams evaluating governed AI work on a focused workflow
- Access model: Request access through the beta form
- Request URL: https://synapse.brainengine.ai/join-beta

## Pilot Workspace

- Availability: By approval during private beta
- Pricing: Pilot-based; exact pricing is defined during pilot scoping
- Best for: One Salesforce delivery workflow with clear intake, planning, execution, or audit friction
- Typical scope: One workspace, defined approval boundaries, selected integrations, reviewed Blueprints, traceable Runs, and an operating readout

## Enterprise / Partner Pilot

- Availability: By approval during private beta
- Pricing: Custom pilot terms; exact pricing is defined during partner or enterprise scoping
- Best for: Salesforce consulting partners, enterprise delivery organizations, and teams with multi-team governance needs
- Typical scope: Partner or enterprise workspace planning, security and data boundary review, role and approval design, integration planning, pilot success criteria, and review of delivery evidence

## How to Request Access

1. Visit https://synapse.brainengine.ai/join-beta.
2. Share the Salesforce workflow, systems involved, governance needs, and what the pilot should prove.
3. BrainEngine reviews the request and follows up with the next step.
4. If there is fit, BrainEngine defines the pilot boundary before any governed execution work begins.

## What a Pilot Typically Includes

- Workflow fit review for one governed Salesforce delivery path
- Current-state mapping across intake, planning, approvals, execution, and audit evidence
- Pilot workspace setup for the agreed scope
- Integration planning for systems such as Salesforce, Jira, GitHub, Slack, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Copado, or Gearset
- Blueprint review process before execution
- Traceable Runs with logs, artifacts, approvals, and evidence
- Nexus visibility for decisions, risk, approvals, and outcomes
- A pilot readout covering what worked, what remained blocked, and whether broader rollout makes sense
